Benton Harbor, MI

Join us on Saturday, July 29th to raise money for the Berrien County Council for Children/Children's Assessment Center

In the vast world of extreme sports, there exists a sub-culture at its heart best known as "digestive athletics." The most famous, glorified, respected, and celebrated of all the events of this world is the Beer Mile. The foundation of any true beer mile is built upon two things: drinking beer and running a mile.

In our version of the Beer Mile, participants will start off at North Pier Brewing Company and drink a pint of beer. Next, they'll run (or walk) 0.6 miles to our brew neighbors The Livery Microbrewery (Official) where they will drink a pint of beer. Lastly, they will run 0.6 miles back to North Pier for there last pint and chance for glory. In total, racers will run 1.2 miles and have 3 total pints of beer. The top three finishers will receive prizes.

This particular Beer Mile will be 80's themed, so make sure to wear your best 80's attire to have the chance at winning our Best in Show competition.

How do you join this unique event? You can purchase one of two tickets:

Racer Ticket: $25, includes 3 beers for the race and 1 food voucher
Spectator Ticket: $15, includes 1 beer and 1 food voucher

A portion of all ticket sales and $0.50 per pint sold will be donated to raise money for a great cause in the Berrien County Council for Children / Children's Assessment Center!
