April is Michigan Wine Month! Local wineries recommended spring wines to us; we shared the flavor profiles the first week, then learned more about the winemakers and names last week. This week, we’re pairing food with the wine!
We asked wineries to give us 3 words to describe their spring wine, as well as recommended food pairings. Check out what the local wineries had to say!
