Lake Michigan Vintners Winery Tasting Room, located in downtown Baroda is excited to offer small batch, handcrafted wines produced by the students of Lake Michigan College’s Wine & Viticulture Technology program. Tastings, wine by the glass & bottle and small bites are available for your enjoyment.
Under the mentorship of renowned winemaker & program director Michael Moyer, as well as vineyard & winery manager, Michael deSchaaf students have crafted artisanal wines including Pinot Gris, Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Seyval Blanc, Rose’ , a red blend aged in French oak, as well as a hard cider.
Through the Baroda tasting room outlet, we are proud to promote the Lake Michigan Shore wine region, as well as help perpetuate the growth & development of the Michigan wine industry.
