This is a fun activity, put on by the St. Joe/Benton Harbor Elks Lodge #541, for any student, boy or girl, that wants to compete.  Participants will be competing with others in their age group.  Each participant will have the opportunity to shoot free throws, with the winners going on to participate at the state level.  This activity is completely free.  You don't have to be a basketball player to compete.  All ages and abilities are invited!  It is held at The Lady of the Lake High School gymnasium.
