Silver Foxes: Wild Water's Journey

Event by Sarett Nature Center

Wed. January 21, 2026 | 11:00am - 12:00pm

2300 N. Benton Center Road
Benton Harbor, MI 49022
(directions)

Everyone knows that water is essential to life, but have you thought about where our water comes from and how it gets into our rivers, lakes, and even your well? It is not just the presence of water that determines what grows and lives in a natural area, but the journey the water takes is equally important. Learn about how rain turns into bogs, fens, creeks, well water, and more while getting to know the plants and animals that specialize in different wetlands. Silver Fox programs are designed for people 55 & older who like to be active and learn something new. This group meets once a month. Please call (269) 927-4832 x 101 to register. Member/FREE, Non-member/$5.

Admission: $5
