KB4C Michigan Is Back This Month! 🌊

Whether you’re a seasoned kiteboarder, a foiler, a winger, or simply someone who loves getting out on the water, KB4C MI is your chance to harness the wind, challenge yourself, and make an impact for young adult cancer survivors.

At its heart, KB4C MI is about much more than miles on the water. Pushing through an endurance challenge gives us a small window into the determination and resilience that a cancer diagnosis can demand.

Though the challenges are very different, we hope this experience inspires greater empathy and understanding, rallies support for young adult cancer survivors, and raises funds for our programming while increasing awareness of the unique challenges survivors face and the work Project Koru does to support them.

What is KB4C Michigan?

Kiteboard 4 Cancer Michigan is a week-long endurance challenge and fundraiser supporting Project Koru. Participants challenge themselves to log as many miles on the water as possible while raising funds.

You don't have to be in Michigan to participate or win prizes! Follow the wind wherever it takes you, get out on the water, and log your miles from wherever you are.

Every mile and every dollar raised helps create meaningful opportunities for young adult cancer survivors to connect, heal, and move forward beyond cancer. Through Camp Koru and other survivor-led experiences, Project Koru brings young adult cancer survivors together through outdoor adventure and supportive community. These experiences help survivors rebuild confidence, find belonging with others who understand their experiences, and discover what's possible beyond a cancer diagnosis.
