Dablon Vineyards & Winery
Our story began thousands of years ago – when glaciers deposited their cargo of stones, rocks, minerals, clay, sand and gravel creating a hilly moraine in Baroda, Michigan. In 2009, we began our portion of the story when we purchased 44 acres of land. We began our vineyard with 4 acres of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and have continued planting new vines each year. Once home to vineyards of concord grapes, the soils are ideal and the climate conditions are similar to Burgundy, creating a perfect growing area for our viniferous vines. Our location is atop one of the highest points in Baroda, and the moderating influence of Lake Michigan protects from frosts and promotes a long growing season.

Galien River County Park
In 2001, the Berrien County Parks Commission acquired 86 acres in New Buffalo Township to establish the Galien River County Park. This undeveloped property included a mix of upland and wetland habitats along the Galien River. The wetland area is particularly significant in that it is a part of the larger "New Buffalo Marsh," a Great Lakes marsh that formed along the Galien River just upstream from the river's mouth at Lake Michigan.
With the generous assistance of the Pokagon Fund and the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund, Phase 1 improvements were completed in 2014 and the park is now open to the public. Highlights of these improvements include a 300' Canopy Walkway that leads to a 60' high Marsh Overlook Tower and a 600' long Marsh Boardwalk that leads to River Viewing and Fishing Platform. Both of these major features are accessible via hard surfaced, barrier free hiking trails. Galien River County Park is a great location for casual hiking with frequent stops to enjoy the views! (Try and early morning or evening for the best wildlife viewing opportunities.)

Harbor Shores Golf Course
Harbor Shores has become a premier destination for golfers throughout the Midwest. Harbor Shores was chosen to host one of golf’s premier events – The Senior PGA Championship presented by KitchenAid. Harbor Shores is the first beach, golf, and residential waterfront community in Michigan’s Great Southwest and the only Jack Nicklaus Signature Course on Lake Michigan.
Just 90 minutes from Chicago, this 18-hole, public Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course reflects the high standards of the world’s leading design firm, Nicklaus Design.
The course runs over four remarkably diverse terrains that challenges golfers even as it offers a spectacular setting in which to play. The beginning holes, 1-6, are in the Inland terrain. Holes 7, 8, and 9 are in a Dunes terrain with dramatic views of Lake Michigan. Holes 10-13 are in our Woodlands terrains, which wind through rolling hills, ravines and hardwood forest. The finishing holes 14-18 are placed in a River terrain which border the Paw Paw River, Ox Creek and its wetlands.
The result is a golf course unlike any other, allowing you to experience all the different courses you can play in Michigan, all in one course. Amazing terrain. A dramatic design.

Haymarket Brewery & Taproom
Mention this ad when you order for dine-in and receive 50% off a second menu item with an order of either one pizza or one sandwich. Offer not valid with other offers.
Haymarket Pub & Brewery features classic Belgian and contemporary American beer styles from brewing legend Pete Crowley. Follow us to make sure you get all the exciting updates.
What does it mean to be proud of what you’d done, and to celebrate it at the end of a long, hard day? What does it mean to feel like a neighbor to the stranger sitting next to you? What does it mean to know you have somewhere you belong?
After many years of brewing and the many awards that have adorned Haymarket Beer, Peter L. Crowley understands a thing or two of what makes a great beer. We named our company – Haymarket Beer Company – in honor of those ideas and the people who took pride in them and worked hard to protect them. (That’s a great story, by the way, and you should read more about it.)
We’ve built Haymarket out of everyday people – office workers and school teachers, stonemasons and police officers, plumbers and postal workers – with one promise: making great beer for great beer drinkers. It means that even as we grow, that we never lose sight of what got us where we are today – each other.
Forgive us for getting mushy – this kind of stuff doesn’t come out well through a computer screen. Come and see us the next time you’re in town. We’ll show you what we mean.

Journeyman Distillery
Journeyman Distillery produces handcrafted, organic spirits in the historic EK Warren Featherone factory located in Three Oaks, MI. Our products are certified organic, kosher and made with locally sourced grains.
Warren, a staunch prohibitionist, founded the historic building in 1883 as a buggy whip and corset factory. He revolutionized the manufacturing process of corsets with the use of the softer feather bone, over the stiffer whalebone in the late 19th century. EK Warren’s success reached worldwide attention putting Three Oaks, Michigan on the map.
We invite you to explore throughout the historic building and take a look through our gallery windows which let you view the distillation process as it happens. The original maple factory floors are still in place from the 1800s. We’re using wood from the owner’s family barn in central Indiana; wood that was once the flooring for an early 1900s schoolhouse. We have an original concrete bar made in Grand Rapids, with coordinates etched into the side—to mark this historic and unique location.
Everything about Journeyman Distillery is handcrafted. We offer artisan spirits with a focus on whiskey. While whiskey is what we originally fell in love with, we also offer a variety of quality organic spirits such as vodka, gin, and rum. We distill, bottle, label, and package each spirit here at the distillery.

Lake Effect Jazz Big Band
The Lake Effect Jazz Big Band was created in 2000 by Tom Weidle, a Herald-Palladium reporter, and Vito Tenerelli, a St. Joseph band instructor, who both wanted to create an "artistic" jazz ensemble, one that would read only the most state-of-the-art arrangements, and perform strictly as a "concert" jazz ensemble. Tom (since departed for sunny California) and Vito, our first music director, brought the dream to fruition in January 2001 recruiting 20 of the area's finest jazz musicians to play within its ranks.
The heart and soul of the Lake Effect Jazz Big Band are music educators from Southwest Michigan. The essence of Jazz is positive self-expression and without educators like those in the band, this American art form is in danger of fading.
