Attention, lovers of fine dining and even finer spirits:

We’re transforming part of our Michigan distillery into a tropical paradise for a Polynesian Chef’s Dinner that will make your taste buds think they’ve taken a vacation. Chef Salas and bartender, Natisha Wlodarczyk collaborate to bring you bold, island-style tables topped with feasts and top-notch drinks.

Tickets are $75 for a night of eating like a Polynesian king while sipping on drinks that will make you forget you ever had a bad day.

Bring your friends, appetite, and perhaps your most adventurous taste buds. Join us for an evening of good food, great drinks, and even better company. Festive attire is encouraged, but not required.

In line with this theme, enjoy an entertaining night of hula dancers and a fire show.

Polynesian Pig Buffet:
Roasted Pork Loin: roast pineapple 
Pulled Pork: Polynesian BBQ sauce, Hawaiian rolls
Pork Crackling 

Cold Buffet:
Shrimp Poke: avocado, sesame seaweed salad, wonton strips
Tropical Fruit Salad: watermelon, pineapple, mango, candied Fresno peppers, coconut lime vinaigrette, toasted coconut
Macaroni Salad: macaroni pasta, carrots, onions, mayonnaise dressing
Luau Salad: mixed greens, mandarin oranges, toasted almonds, cucumber, red onion, gin vinaigrette

Hot Buffet:
Huli Huli Chicken: Hawaiian-style teriyaki chicken breasts
Polynesian Meatballs: pineapple, bell peppers, pineapple-soy glaze
Coconut Lime Rice
Corn on the Cobb: sweet chile butter, scallions 

Desserts:
Pina Colada Panna Cotta
Mango Lime Tarts
Chocolate Macadamia Nut Tarts
Assorted Cookies
