Megan of Tempest Yoga will lead you through a 45 minute Yin Yoga class.

You will take short break and choose your essential oil and bracelet to take home.

At 7p.m. Elyse from Sky Apothecary will lead you through a sound bath with her singing bowls.

Bring your yoga matt and an optional blanket if you choose.
