There’s a lot to explore this holiday weekend in Michigan's Great Southwest! Honor those who have served our country during the Memorial Day Parade, support local farmers with the start of the 2024 St. Joe Farmers Market season, check out the KitchenAid Senior PGA, listen to live music hosted at area businesses and so much more. FRIDAY, MAY 24

Honor veterans who have served this great country and remember those who have sacrificed their lives to protect our freedom at the annual Memorial Day Parade at 12:00p in downtown St. Joseph. Sponsored by Lest We Forget. The parade will begin at the intersection of Lake Blvd. and Park St. Attendees will be able to watch as the parade travels down Lake Blvd. and finishes at the John E.N. Howard Bandshell. Immediately following the parade, everyone is invited to a short program at the Bandshell. 

The KitchenAid Senior PGA is in full swing at the Harbor Shores Golf Course! Join them now through Sunday, May 26 for the 2024 Championship! Visit srpga.com for more information and tickets.

Watermark Brewing hosts the last Comedy Night at the Solarium of the season! Catch the show this Friday at 8:00p (Doors at 7:00p) which features a double headliner - Zach Martina and Katrina Brown with Special Guest Sarah Wooley and MC Brian Wells. 

Enjoy a Weekend Wind Down Candle Making Workshop with The Lilac Loft from 5:00p-6:30p! Attendees will create a “wind down” mocktail cocktail candle in a fun glass and get to select their favorite fragrances and decorations. 

Wrap up the night with a Live Vinyl Spin with Jam Shack Productions at The Livery from 7:30p-10:30p! Enjoy a night filled with great tunes, tasty brews and delicious food. DJ Travis (The Livery’s Kitchen Guru) will be on hand to spin vinyl, take requests and incorporate some golf-themed jams for the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship weekend! 

SATURDAY, MAY 25

The 2024 season of the St. Joe Farmers Market kicks off this Saturday! Market-goers will enjoy fresh finds at the weekly market, May 25-October 12, in Lake Bluff Park from 9:00a-2:00p. Vendors will offer a variety of products including homemade goods, locally grown produce, perennials and cut flowers, meats and cheeses, coffee and more! 

Lemon Creek Winery hosts a two-day Wine and Art Festival, a celebration of art, music and wine! Attendees will enjoy live music and delectable wine as they shop local artisans. Hours include Saturday and Sunday from 12:00p-6:00p.

Don’t miss the 4th Annual Berrien County Youth Fair Car Show from 9:00a-1:00p at the Youth Fairgrounds. Attendees will enjoy a wide variety of cars - older and newer cars, modified and stock! Concessions will be available onsite! Enter at Gate 2 (across from Apple Valley). Free admission for spectators!

Perfect your croquet swing at the Tabor Hill Winery vineyards during Rosé and Croquet at 12:00p! Attendees will enjoy a Rosé Tasting Bar and live music. VIP and General Admission Tickets are available for advance purchase or at the event.

Shadowland on Silver Beach hosts Shadowland, Cars and Coffee from 9:00a-11:00a in the Silver Beach Center parking lot! This event is open to the public,  no admission fee. Breakfast and coffee are available for purchase!

SUNDAY, MAY 26

Stop by the Box Factory for the Arts to view their latest exhibition, the Michiana Annual Art Competition (MAAC) on display now through July 7. The MAAC is a local juried fine art exhibition featuring Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana artists. 

Enjoy a weekly Bloody Mary Bar at Vineyard 2121, on Sundays from 12:00p-3:00p.

Soak up the summer days with Scooter Joe's Wheel & Water Rentals! They offer a variety of ways to explore St. Joseph - take a ride on a beach cruiser, surrey, electric bike or tandem. Guests can also rent kayaks/canoes at their Inn at Harbor Shores rental location in addition to pontoon boats, speed boats, dinghies and jet skies through a partnership with Blue Water Rentals!

River Saint Joe Brewery and South Bend Latin Dance are partnering up this summer to host Brew & Baile: Latin Dance Nights, all summer long in the farm tent! Join them the last Sunday of the month, May-September from 5:00p-7:00p. No partner or experience needed, $5/person cover. 

Miniature Train Rides kick off their summer season at Eden Springs Park this weekend! Train rides are available Saturday and Sunday from 1:00p-5:00p, Memorial Day-Labor Day. Cost $3/person (Cash Only), kids 3 and under free.
