If you're in that space of deep uncertainty, wondering how to move forward when it feels like no one really gets what you're going through, you're in the right place.
I'm a holistic mental health therapist, which means I pay attention to how your mind and body work together. You know those gut feelings, physical tension, or the way your body reacts before your mind catches up? That's information. My work is about creating space where we can pay attention to those signals together.
Through grounded therapy, we'll explore what your nervous system is telling you, understand the different parts of yourself that need attention, and help you rebuild a sense of who you are that feels authentic and sustainable.
I use approaches like somatic therapy (working with body sensations and physical responses), nervous system regulation (helping your body move out of survival mode), and parts work (understanding the different feelings and reactions inside you). Essentially, we're helping your body feel safer while making sense of all the different experiences and emotions you're carrying.
I offer both ongoing weekly therapy and therapy intensives. Intensives are longer, focused sessions (typically 3-9 hours over one to three days) that many clients pair with a self-care getaway. Imagine dedicating real time to yourself, away from daily demands, where you can do deep work in the morning and then have the afternoon to rest, integrate, and nurture yourself. It's concentrated support without the wait between weekly appointments, and it can be a powerful way to honor what you need while giving yourself permission to truly step away and focus on healing.
Our sessions are a steady, supportive space where working on difficult things doesn't have to feel overwhelming. Healing doesn't have to be rushed or intense. It can be gentle, sustainable, and move at a pace that actually works for you.
