The Culinary Cottage - Dinner demonstration with Becky, from Sourdough House, where she'll showcase the art of creating a stunning charcuterie board, just in time for the holidays. Learn the secrets to making simple breads like sandwich loaves, artisan loaves, rolls, and more with a few key ingredients. Her focus this evening will be dinner rolls, the process and hand rolling. A great learning experience, while getting ready for the holidays. Students will enjoy a variety of charcuterie for dinner, including sourdough! Each student will also leave with a dehydrated sourdough starter, full belly and recipe for sourdough rolls.
